First Stretch

Switch your feet. You will notice that there is a small gap between your louver back and the bed and you have to reduce it. For this, you have to keep your legs bent and push your back in the direction of the bed and try to have at least a gap so that your hand cannot go into it. Stay in this position for at least 5 seconds. Repeat this pause 5 times. Push yourself back and hold for 5 seconds.

Second Stretch

Bend the legs. Now take one knee towards your chest and hold it for at least 5 seconds. Do not move your head while doing this and keep it on the bed. Now move the other leg towards the chest and hold for at least 5 seconds. Now take both your legs towards the chest and keep them folded. Make sure that there is no gap between your waist and the bed. Only your lunges should be above the stomach. Stay in this position for 5 seconds and then slowly bring your feet down.

This stretch is called Pawanmuktasana. This stretch is very beneficial for those people who have problems with gas or conception. People who have such problem should start their day with this stretch exercise.

Third Stretch

Bend your knees to one side. When you bend your knees to one side, keep in mind that your shoulders remain in their place and your upper body is also in the center. Stay in this position for 5 seconds. Now bend both the knees on the other side and in this position for 5 seconds. By doing this stretch, your thigh and back muscles are relaxed.

Fourth Stretch

After these three stretches, finally stretch your legs one by one in the stretch. Stretch the legs down as if someone is pulling your legs. Now move your hands backwards and pull in that direction. Think again like someone is pulling your hands. Hold this position for 5 seconds and repeat it one more time.

With this stretch, you will feel the stretch from your upper body to the thighs.

How to Wake Up in The Morning

Never sit up as soon as you open your eyes, but instead you should get up following these steps.

  • Bend your feet.
  • Now turn to that side.
  • In this position, count from 5 to 1.
  • Now keep your eyes down and slowly rise up.
  • When you are lying on the bed, then get up and keep your feet down and keep looking down, now again count from 5 to 1 and then look up.
