1. Malpua
Ingredients:
- Milk – 2 cups
- Mawa – 200 grams grated
- All purpose flour – 100 grams
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Saffron – 20 to 25 pieces
- Ghee – for fry
- small cardamom – 1 pinch
- Pistachios – 10 to 12 finely chopped
Method:
- First of all, heat the milk lightly and grate the mawa and put it in a cup of milk and whisk until it mixes well.
- Now keep adding flour slowly in it and keep stirring the spoon so that there are no lumps in the solution.
- Now add the remaining milk little by little and beat it well.
- Now keep it covered for 10 minutes.
- Put ghee in a pan and heat it and make a spoonful of batter in the size of Malpua and put it in hot oil.
- Now put more such malpuas in it and fry it on low flame till it becomes golden.
- When it is cooked well and becomes light brown in color, then take it out in a plate.
- Now heat water in another vessel with a little more than half the quantity of sugar.
- When it comes to a boil, add saffron and cardamom powder to it.
- Now dip the prepared Malpua in the syrup and let it stay for 5 minutes.
- After that take it out from the syrup and keep it in a plate and garnish it with finely chopped pistachios.

2. Rice Saffron Kheer
Ingredients:
- Basmati rice flakes – 1 cup soaked
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Raisins – 8 to 10 pieces
- Almonds – 10 to 12 finely chopped
- Cashew – 10 to 12 finely chopped
- Cardamom powder – as per taste
- Saffron threads – 15 to 20
- Milk – 1 liter
Method:
- First of all, wash the rice piece thoroughly and soak it in water for half an hour.
- Now put milk in a big vessel to boil and take some milk in a bowl and mix saffron threads in it so that it can leave its color.
- When the milk starts boiling, put the soaked rice in it and then keep stirring it continuously.
- After 15 minutes the rice will start to swell, now add chopped nuts like raisins, cashews, almonds to it.
- Keep the gas on low flame and when the milk becomes thick then add saffron and cardamom powder to it.
- In the end, add sugar and cook it well for 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the gas.
Take out the kheer in a bowl and serve.
3. vermicelli
Ingredients:
- vermicelli- 1 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1 liter
- Cardamom powder – as per taste
- Saffron – 10 to 15 threads
- Nuts – finely chopped as per taste
Method:
- First of all, put the milk in a pan and heat it.
- Also, fry the vermicelli by adding a little ghee in the second pan.
- Now when the milk boils, put the roasted vermicelli in that milk and let it boil on low flame.
- Take some hot milk in a bowl and put saffron in it so that it leaves its color.
- Keep the gas on low flame and keep mixing the milk well.
- When the milk becomes thick, then add nuts and sugar to it and stir for 1-2 minutes more.
- Now turn off the gas and add cardamom powder and saffron to it.
- Your hot vermicelli is ready.
4. Coconut Mishri Laddu
Ingredients:
- Coconut powder – 150 grams
- Milkmaid – 200 grams
- Fresh cream of cow’s milk – 1 cup
- Milk powder – 5 tsp
- Saffron – 10 to 15 threads
- Cardamom powder – as per taste
Filling Ingredients:
- Sugar candy finely ground – 250 grams
- Pistachios – 10 to 15 pieces finely chopped
- Milk masala – 1 tsp
- Milkmaid – 1 tsp
Method:
- First mix coconut powder, milkmaid, milk powder, cream, cardamom powder and mix well.
- After this heat it in the microwave for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Now take it out from the microwave and let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Also, mix the filling ingredients separately in a bowl.
- Now take some hot water in a small bowl and put saffron threads in it.
- After 10 to 15 minutes, when the mixture cools down, add the stuffing and mix it well.

5. Copra Barfi
Ingredients:
- fresh coconut – 3
- Milk – 1 liter
- Sugar – one and a half cup
- Cardamom powder – as per taste
- Ghee – 5 tbsp.
- Almonds – 15-20 finely chopped
Method:
- First of all, heat ghee in a pan and add grated fresh coconut to it.
- Now add milk and sugar to it and mix it well.
- Keep stirring it continuously on low flame till the milk becomes thick.
- When the milk becomes thick, add cardamom powder to it and turn off the gas.
- Now take a plate with big edges, put a little ghee in it and spread the mixture well.
- Now add chopped almonds on top of it.
- When it cools down a bit, cut it into the shape of a barfi with the help of a knife.

6. Mohanthal
Ingredients:
- Thick Besan – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1/2 liter
- Cardamom powder – as per taste
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Coconut – 1
- Pistachios and almonds – 15 to 20 finely chopped
- Sheet
Method:
- First of all, sieve the gram flour and mix lightly heated ghee in it and mix it well with milk.
- Doing this will make the gram flour crumbly. Now sieve it through a thick sieve.
- After that, heat ghee in a pan and roast the gram flour till it becomes light brown.
- When its fragrant aroma starts coming, take off the pan from the gas.
- Now take another pan, add sugar to it and pour so much water that the sugar gets submerged in water and boil this water to make sugar syrup.

- Put some ghee in a large plate with one edge and leave the mixture to set.

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Desi Ghee – 1 cup
- Fresh sugarcane juice – 1 glass
- Jaggery Chura – 1/4 cup
- Almonds and cashews – 15 to 20 finely chopped
- Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup
- Coconut Powder – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – as per taste
Method:
- First of all put jaggery chura in sugarcane juice and when chura melts then filter it with a clean cloth.
- After that, heat ghee in a pan and fry wheat flour on low flame till it becomes golden.
Add cashews, almonds and fry them too. - In the second battle, prepare sugar syrup by adding sugarcane juice.
- Now add roasted flour, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and coconut powder in this syrup and stir for 5 minutes.
