Don’t forget to mention the benefits to your previous company as well.

Talk about the ways you want to grow, the things you want to achieve. Explain to the person up front how good this new move will be for you and your new company.

Answer 5- Maybe you are taking care of children or aging parents, dealing with health issues, or traveling the world. Maybe it just took you a long time to find the right job. Whatever the reason, you should be prepared to discuss gaps or gaps in your resume. Give your answer seriously, be honest.
