After you install, when you open this app, first of all you have to sign up on this app. You have to sign up by entering your name email mobile number password here. After signing up, now an account will be created on this app, now you have to login by entering your email and password.

After login, now you have to enter your Complaint. When you open this app to enter the Complaint, you will see a + button here, you have to click on this button. After clicking, you will get two options here, first to compile, second to ask Queries, if you have any question or you want to inquire or if you want to know the rights of your consumer then you can also ask that here.

Select the state you belong to the most. Now you have to select your city. Now you have to select which department your complaint is related to. Online shopping comes in the e-commerce department. If you want to implant fraud in online shopping, then you have to select e-commerce department. When you select e-commerce, you are asked the category.

In the category, you have to select Online Shopping. Now you are asked from which company you have shopped. Select any company you shopped with. Now write the name of that product, write its order number and write the transaction ID. You will get all this from where you did online shopping.
