First Rule – Eat in Peace

It may loud strange to you, but there are many benefits of laughing out loud. When you smile, not only does your stress go away, but laughing out loud increases the oxygen supply in your body. Also, laughing gives us energy, which removes tiredness and lethargy from our body. Your heart, lungs and muscles are stimulated and endorphins are released from your brain. Laughing out loud increases blood circulation and relaxes muscles, helping to reduce some of the physical symptoms of stress.
