First Rule – Eat in Peace

Second Rule – Laugh out Loud

It may loud strange to you, but there are many benefits of laughing out loud. When you smile, not only does your stress go away, but laughing out loud increases the oxygen supply in your body. Also, laughing gives us energy, which removes tiredness and lethargy from our body. Your heart, lungs and muscles are stimulated and endorphins are released from your brain. Laughing out loud increases blood circulation and relaxes muscles, helping to reduce some of the physical symptoms of stress. Third Rule – Body Oil Massage

Although people usually drink cold water as soon as they wake up in the morning, but drinking lukewarm water every morning improves digestion and increases immunity and ginger tea keeps the stomach full. Tongue cleansing is an important part of the Ayurvedic daily regimen that has been recommended for a long time.
