Dinner can then take a roti, a plate of salad, lentils or paneer. Drink a glass of milk before sleeping at night.

Second day

You can start this day again with fenugreek water or lemon honey juice. On the second day also you eat the same things as on the first day. If you want to change something, you can drink black coffee or herbal tea instead of green tea.

Third day

On the third day, soak ajwain in a glass of water at night and filter it in the morning and drink its water. This is a desi recipe to clean the stomach. On this day, your mind can make you cheat. But this whole diet plan is dependent on your self control. So try not to deceive yourself. If you want to eat something spicy, then you can eat cut pieces of cheese in veg soup or boiled vegetables. You can eat gram flour or veg poha in the morning on this day. Boiled eggs are a good breakfast for the morning.

Fourth day

If you have followed the diet plan properly for three days, then your body will automatically ask for less food today. Start this morning by drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with lukewarm water. If it is not there, then drink lemon and honey mixed. Keep in mind that the water should be lukewarm.

Eat something made of oats or ragi for breakfast today. Oatmeal is also a good and cheap option. Apart from this, if you want, you can also drink milk shake in breakfast.

Lighten the lunch today, try to bring variety in the salad today. Do not stop drinking buttermilk during lunch. Eat a delicious salad of gram or rajma and cucumber in dinner. All this is rich in protein. You can also drink chicken soup at night.

Fifth day

Start the day by drinking a glass of lukewarm water mixed with lemon and honey. For breakfast, you can eat idli-sambar or egg bread. If the bread is multi grain then it is much better. Be sure to have papaya or watermelon as a snack around ten o’clock or in the evening.

Eat spinach, rice, salad and raita in lunch. In dinner, you can eat grilled paneer or soya cheap.

Sixth day

After dieting for five days, today your body needs a little extra calories. Today you can eat anything of your choice but apart from potatoes, pizza, all-purpose flour, burgers or sweets. It is better to eat whatever food you have homemade today. If you want to eat sweet, you can take a little semolina pudding but not much.

Seventh day

Focus on reducing the calories you overdose on the sixth day today. Drink water mixed with lemon and honey again this morning. Eat breakfast a little heavy and dinner and lunch light. Do some exercise today. If you cannot exercise, then climb the stairs of the house more.

Remember, the body becomes a little weak after pregnancy, so you must drink at least one glass of milk a day. By following this diet plan, you can definitely reduce your weight by at least one to two kilos in seven days. Yes, even if you do not lose weight, you will find yourself feeling very light and refreshed. You just have to take care not to limit anything.
